Method to average a set of quaternions. The algorithm used is described here: https://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/20070017872.pdf.

Parameters:

iQuaternions[in] List of quaternions to be averaged.

Returns:

Averaged quaternion.
