POLARITY_SHIFT: Shift and mask values for the polarity, X and Y addresses of a polarity event. Addresses up to 15 bit are supported. Polarity is ON(=1) or OFF(=0). Bit 0 is the valid mark, see ‘common.h’ for more details.
