DYNAPSE_CONFIG_SYNAPSERECONFIG_SRAMBASEADDR: Parameter address for module DYNAPSE_CONFIG_SYNAPSERECONFIG: SRAM base address configuration in increments of 32 Kib. Setting this to N will place the SRAM kernel LUT in the range [N*2^15,((N+1)*2^15)-1]
