DYNAPSE_CONFIG_SRAM_ADDRESS: Parameter address for module DYNAPSE_CONFIG_SRAM: Holds the address that will be used for the next read/write. Writing or reading this field will trigger the command contained in the command register to be executed on the FPGA.
