A factory to create the structure given a set of information.
- Parameters
x – position in m
y – position in m
z – position in m
intensity – Intensity value from reading
t – time in ns
reflectivity – Reflectivity value from reading
ring – The ring ID the measurement came from
column – The column of the reading in the ring
noise – Noise value from reading
range – Range value from reading
