Control messages for forwarding and aborting trajectories.

Values:

enumerator TRAJECTORY_CANCEL

Represents command to cancel currently active trajectory.

enumerator TRAJECTORY_NOOP

Represents no new control command.

enumerator TRAJECTORY_START

Represents command to start a new trajectory.
