Method to validate partial measurements, that checks for finite values and covariance properties.
- Parameters:
mean_partial – [in] - The partial measurement mean we want to validate
covariance_partial – [in] - The partial measurement covariance we want to validate
precision – [in] - The precision to validate the partial measurements covariance is symmetric
