RMW publisher initialisation. Links a rmw_publisher_t handle to its DDS/rmw GID.

Parameters:
  • rmw_publisher_handle[in] pointer to the publisher’s rmw_publisher_t handle

  • gid[in] pointer to the publisher’s DDS/rmw GID
