The CostmapNavigationServer makes Move Base Flex backwards compatible to the old move_base. It combines the execution classes which use the nav_core/BaseLocalPlanner, nav_core/BaseCostmapPlanner and the nav_core/RecoveryBehavior base classes as plugin interfaces.
