std::string swri_transform_util::NormalizeFrameId(const std::string &frame_id)

Normalize a TF frame ID by assuming that frames with relative paths are in the global namespace and adding a leading slash.

Parameters:

frame_id – [in] A TF frame ID, with or without a leading slash

Returns:

frame_id with a leading slash if it did not have one previously
