enum class mujoco_ros2_control::ActuatorType

Maps to MuJoCo actuator types:

MOTOR for MuJoCo motor actuator
POSITION for MuJoCo position actuator
VELOCITY for MuJoCo velocity actuator
CUSTOM for MuJoCo general actuator or other types
