Declaration of the Bounds class designed to manage working sets of bounds within a QProblem.

Private utility functions for use in qpOASES

The only private utilities that currently exist are exact floating point comparisons for 1, 0 and -1 which are used to centralize pragma workings for gcc's Wfloat-equal.
