Detailed Description
Include file defining the EarthOrientation class. class EarthOrientation encapsulates the Earth orientation parameters or EOPs. Also, this class includes several static functions that implement the models in the IERS Conventions, many of which involve the EOPs. Cf. classes EOPStore and SolarSystem.
