timestamp_tools: Classes to facilitate timestamping of sensor data

This package is currently for internal use only. Its API may change without warning in the future. timestamp_tools provides:

• a TriggerMatcher, that matches a stream of data structures with approximate timestamps to a stream of exact timestamps.
