Detailed Description

The main purpose of this node is to listen to telemetry from the flyer and use it to generate
messages for the various rviz display types (in most cases, Marker or MarkerArray).

Different types of visualizations are broken out into different 'modules', implemented as
classes, each of which should inherit from VizModuleBase.
