rosidl_runtime_c__type_description__Field *rosidl_runtime_c__type_description__Field__create()

Create msg/Field message.

It allocates the memory for the message, sets the memory to zero, and calls rosidl_runtime_c__type_description__Field__init().

Returns:

The pointer to the initialized message if successful, otherwise NULL
