Just a helper structure holding together a link, one of its collision elements, and the index of the collision element in the collision array of the link
This class manages a set of bodies in space and is able to test point(cloud)s against this set, whether the points are inside the set, shadowed by the set when viewed from a given sensor, or clipped by the given sensor clipping distance
Provide quick access to TFs while simultaneousely monitoring if some frames haven't got unreachable (in which case the node tries to get the transforms with longer timeouts but doesn't block other queries)
