rovio_ctrl: Control and query the movement devices on a WowWee Rovio

The rovio_ctrl package contains nodes to control and query the motor and head position of a WowWee Rovio.

rovio_ctrl is the ROS package responsible for controlling/querying the movement devices of the Rovio. The Rovio allows control of its wheels and head position. This package allows for communication from ROS to these devices.
