The `pr2_mechanism_diagnostics` node subscribes to `mechanism_statistics` and publishes diagnostics data for joints and controllers on `/diagnostics`.
pr2_mechanism_diagnostics produces the diagnostics output for joints and controllers from pr2_mechanism_msgs/MechanismStatistics messages.
There is no code API for this package.
