rcl_client_initClient initialisation. Links a
rcl_client_thandle to itsrcl_node_thandle and itsrmw_client_thandle, and links it to a client name.- Parameters:
client_handle – [in] pointer to the client’s
rcl_client_thandlenode_handle – [in] pointer to the
rcl_node_thandle of the node the client belongs tormw_client_handle – [in] pointer to the client’s
rmw_client_thandleservice_name – [in] full client name
