dynamic_tf_publisher is a dynamic configuarable transform publisher

use this package

Start tf publisher node $ rosrun dynamic_tf_publisher tf_publish.py

Transform can be registerd by SetDynamicTF service Sample script is tf_set.py (arguments is same as tf/static_transform_publisher)
