Driver for Hokuyo URG laser range sensors both USB and ETHERNET using the protocol SCIP 2.0 ( URG-40LX,UBG-04LX-F01,UHG-08LX,UTM-30LX,UXM-30LX-ETH)

Functionalities:

connection using USB or ETHERNET
Configure the scan, via parameter server or dynamic reconfigure gui
