win_boost: scripts to help build windows boost for ros
Scripts to help download, patch and compile cmake boost.
Status
- Builds bzip2.dll via windows sdk7.1, cmake and nmake.
- CMake config module for the install
- Haven't actually tested it (need to compile and run rosbag)
