amigo_gazebo: amigo_gazebo

amigo_controllers is a package that contains the controllers for all the joints in amigo. They are seperated in a base_controller (for the wheels) and a position_controller (for everything else). The base_odometry is makes sure the base_odometry and the transformation of the wheel joints is published.
