theora_image_transport provides a plugin to image_transport for transparently sending an image stream encoded with the Theora codec.
theora_image_transport does not have a stable code API.
theora_image_transport contains two image_transport plugins, one for publishing and one for receiving images as Theora video packets. These classes are not normally meant to be used directly, but are loaded automatically by image_transport classes.
The publisher and subscriber plugins communicate on an internal "theora" topic. See the wiki documentation.
